The Kazakh Foreign Ministry called today the parties of the talks on the peaceful settlement of the Syrian crisis to return to the negotiating table in Astana. The according statement was made by Minister Kairat Abdrakhmanov during a meeting with British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson at the UN Security Council.
"Abdrakhmanov acquainted his counterpart with the progress of the Astana process, noting the importance of its continuation. The British colleague supported the efforts of Kazakhstan, stressing the interest in the prompt resolution of the Syrian crisis, " the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan reports.
