Kazakh CEC secretary, Bakhyt Meldeshov, reported new data on voter turnout at the early elections to Majilis (lower house of parliament) and Maslikhats (local authorities), collected at 11:00 MSK.
"At 14 o'clock on March 20th, we received 60.22% of votes of the total number of voters included in the lists," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
