Kazakhstan’s Energy Minister Vladimir Shkolnik resigns

Kazakhstan’s Energy Minister Vladimir Shkolnik was dismissed by a decree of President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.

The corresponding decree was posted on the website of the President.

Recall, Shkolnik was appointed the Energy Minister in August 2014. Previously, he was the chairman of the Kazakh National Atomic Company Kazatomprom and the Minister of Industry and Trade.
