A strong fog that covered the Crimean peninsula blocked the work of the Kerch ferry crossing, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea reported.
"The work of the Kerch ferry crossing is temporarily suspended until the weather conditions improve," the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic said, RIA Novosti reported.
Motorists and passengers were offered to refrain temporarily from trips to the crossing.
