Commencement of temporary operation of the Kerch Bridge railway segment is postponed for one year to December 2019, the Russian Government said in a decree amending terms of the government contract for the bridge design and construction.
"Temporary operation of the built railway at the facility will start on December 1, 2019," TASS cited the document as saying.
