The Vice Prime Minister, the Minister of Regional Development of Construction and Housing of Ukraine, Gennady Zubko said that the restoration of infrastructure and compensation for damage caused by the fighting in the Donbas, will require $ 15 billion.
"Unfortunately, the East Donbas has been directly affected by the war, the estimated cost of repairing of the damage to infrastructure, businesses and houses will reach $ 15 billion," Zubko said in an interview to KyivPost, Interfax reports.
