An athlete from the kickboxing club ‘Akhmat’, Turpal Tokayev won the TNA tournament, the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov reported.
The final of the 10th, anniversary championship took place in Kazan. Two fighters from Chechnya participated in the tournament.
In the final, Turpal Tokayev (80 kg) competed with Petr Romanekevich from Belarus. "Our fighter demonstrated an amazing and impartial battle, and deserved to get to the podium,’’ Kadyrov wrote on Instagram.
