According to the Russian presidential aide on military-technical cooperation Vladimir Kozhin, Russia and France have reached an agreement on the termination of the contract for the supply of Mistral helicopter carriers. The agreement is due to be signed soon.
‘‘The talks have been completed, both the terms and amounts have already been determined. I hope that the agreement on the termination of the contract will be signed soon, and then it will be declared a sum which France will pay us off,’’ RBC cites him as saying.
