Krasnodar fraternizes with Austrian Wels

 Austrian Wels became a sister city of Krasnodar, the press service of the city hall reports, adding that the signatures under the relevant document were put by mayor of Krasnodar Yevgeny Pervyshov and mayor of Wels Andreas Rabl.

The agreement signing ceremony on the establishment of fraternal relations between the capital of Kuban and Wels took place as a part of the reception of foreign delegations dedicated to the 225th anniversary of the formation of the regional capital.
