Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that despite the volatility of the ruble exchange rate, Russia’s financial and economic system is absolutely stable.
"We see some volatility," TASS cited the spokesman as saying. "But I would like to remind the statements made by the heads of economic bloc that the financial and economic system in the country is absolutely stable," Peskov said in response to a question if the Kremlin is concerned about the weakening of the ruble in recent days.
