The Krasnodar Territory is among the top three regions with the highest cancer rate, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation reports.
The disease was most actively spread in the Kursk region - more than 3300 cases per 100 thousand inhabitants. Mordovia is next in the list - 3292 out of 100 thousand people have cancer. the Kuban ranks third with 3235 people diagnosed with cancer, RIA Novosti reports.
