Grain growners of the Krasnodar Territory repeated last year's record, collecting 14.7 million tons of grain, the Governor of Kuban, Veniamin Kondratyev, said today at a harvest festival.
"The land generously rewards you for your work, for your perseverance.This year, again, you won the battle for the harvest, collecting 10.36 million tons of bread (by 0.26 million tons more than last year's harvest).The total harvest is 14.7 million tons of grain in the bunker weight, " TASS quotes the head of the region as saying.
