At a meeting with investors organized by VTB Capital at the World Economic Forum in Davos, former Finance Minister of Russia, the head of the Committee for Civil Initiatives, Alexey Kudrin, stated that Russia's economy will reach positive indicators within one or two years.
He explained that in a situation of low oil prices it may be the result of a combination of several factors: the timely establishment of a Federal Reserve, a low level of public debt or a flexible ruble exchange rate.
