Kyrgyzstan's Secretary of Security Council Almazbek Kurmanaliyev was dismissed today by a decree of the country's President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov.
Kurmanaliyev, 40, was appointed as the Secretary on October 26, 2017.
