The Kyrgyz-Kazakh state border is open, crossing points function as normally, the Border Service of Kyrgyzstan said.
The Border Service of Kyrgyzstan said it monitors the situation in border areas of Kazakhstan, AKIpress reported.
Closure of the border will depend upon situation in Kazakhstan. In case of exacerbation of the situation, the respective measures will be adopted in cooperation with the Interior Ministry, Ministry of Emergency Situations, other government agencies.
