Authors of the report to the Munich Security Conference present Moscow’s influence in a negative way, Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told the forum on Saturday, TASS reports.
"When the West talks about Russia’s influence, most often it is presented in a negative way," he said. "Authors of the report, prepared for the current conference, have not avoided this approach.".
