Chechen Republic's authority is recognized in both Islamic and Arab world, and this is an extremely important phenomenon in Russia's foreign policy, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.
He also noted that head of the republic Ramzan Kadyrov managed to create a mechanism that helps to return Russian children from Iraq and Syria.
