Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov attended the opening of a branch of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in Odintsovo.
At the same time Lavrov expressed confidence that the new branch will allow MGIMO to build capacity in education management skills.
"This is the first branch of the University, God forbid, it's not last," Sergey Lavrov concluded.
Recall, the opening ceremony was also attended by the governor of the Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov and the rector of Moscow's State Institute of International Relations, Anatoly Torkunov, TASS reports.
