The implementation of the grain deal, as well as key themes on the international and regional agenda will be discussed during Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov's visit to Turkey, Turkey’s Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said.
Lavrov's visit to Turkey will be held on April 6-7, according to the diplomat.
"We have a wide range of issues to discuss. Apart from bilateral relations, the issue of extending the grain deal will be considered. On March 30, we had talks on this issue with UN Secretary General," Cavusoglu noted.
He added that Russia agreed to extend the grain deal for 60 days, but there is no clarity yet on whether it could be extended for 120 days, and they will be discussing that.
