Singer, Honored Artist of Russia Leonid Agutin plant to hold a solo concert in Baku on the occasion of his 50th jubilee, musician said in an exclusive interview to Vestnik Kavkaza.
"I haven't talked to any organizers yet, but I plan to hold a solo concert in Baku on the occasion of my 50th birthday, maybe next spring," he said.
In addition, Leonid Agutin also highlighted progress, achieved recently in the Azerbaijani capital.
"I don't think I have ever seen such development as the one I saw in Baku, maybe in the United Arab Emirates, it's an unprecedented rise. It's amazingly beautiful city. It's nice to visit it every time and see how it grows and flourishes," he stressed.
He also noted that jazz is very popular in Azerbaijan and in the entire Caucasus. "Overall, Caucasus understands jazz, I won't say that only Azerbaijan understands jazz, but this country doesn't just love jazz, it understands it very well, they know how to perform," he concluded.
