Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs Leonid Slutsky congratulated Mehriban Aliyeva on appointment as the first Vice-President of Azerbaijan.
In his congratulations he noted that the first lady of Azerbaijan and deputy of the Milli Mejlis (parliament) of the country Mehriban Aliyeva did a lot for strengthening of Azerbaijani statehood.
