Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of IDEA Public Union Leyla Aliyeva attended the opening of the yard located in the Azadlig Avenue, Binagadi district, which was redeveloped under 'Bizim həyət' project.
Redevelopment saw the installation of entertainment facilities for children, construction of a football pitch, outdoor gym, yoga and chess areas. Special facilities for the disabled were installed. Nearly 300 trees and bushes were planted in the yard. Security cameras were also installed here, AzerTAc reported.
The cameras are connected to the 'Safe City' automated control system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Initiated by Leyla Aliyeva, the 'Bizim həyət' project aims to redevelop yards, make them greener, create a more comfortable living environment for residents and promote healthy lifestyle.
