A New Year celebration for children with Down syndrome has been held at the Rehabilitation Center for People with Down Syndrome yesterday.
The event as attended by Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva.
She talked to children who undergo treatment at the Center and posed for photos together with them, AzerTAc reported.
