Educational tourism will be organized in Azerbaijan's liberated regions in Karabakh, spokesperson of the Azerbaijani State Tourism Agency Kenan Guluzade said.
He added that the full use of the de-occupied region's tourism potential will be possible only after ensuring security there, as well as the return of the population.
"The third factor is infrastructure development. After the fulfillment of these three factors, new tourism products will be created in Karabakh and adjacent regions, which will be presented to local and foreign tourists," Guluzade said.
At the first stage, educational tours for residents of the country can be arranged in the liberated regions of Azerbaijan; after the complete restoration of infrastructure, tourism for recreation and attracting foreign guests will also become possible.
