The Russian low-cost airlines ‘Pobeda’ wants to cancel the rule of Rospotrebnadzor that obliges to provide passengers with a free baggage allowance of 10 kg weight.
‘’Cancellation of the mandatory norm of free baggage of 10 kg in the baggage compartment would allow to increase the number of tickets at a minimum rate for at least one third, and set their minimum rate of carry-on baggage included in the tariff,’’ TASS quotes the airlines spokesman as saying.
