President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and his Ukrainian counterpart Petro Poroshenko held telephone conversations yesterday, the press service of the President of Belarus said.
During the conversation, the politicians touched upon the theme of the peacekeeping process in Ukraine, including Belarus’ assistance in the earliest possible resolution of the conflict.
In addition, they discusses the current agenda of the Belarusian-Ukrainian relations and the expansion of interregional contacts.
Following the talks, the Presidents agreed to develop a bilateral political dialogue at all levels, RIA Novosti reported.
