According to the Russian Embassy in Iran, the head of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs Leonid Slutsky paid a visit to Tehran.
The embassy drew attention to the fact that Slutsky became the first Russian deputy to visit Iran since the beginning of epidemiological restrictions.
In Tehran, Slutsky participated in negotiations with key Iranian parliamentarians. "Slutsky held a meeting with the chairman of the Mejlis Bagher Ghalibaf and with the head of the Mejlis National Security Committee Mojtaba Zonnour," TASS quotes the Russian diplomats as saying.
