The capital of Ingushetia, Magas, can become a twin city of South Korea's Seoul, the mayor of the city, Beslan Tsechoev, said today at a meeting with the head of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov.
"Magas is included in the International Organization of Modern Smart Cities (WeGO), where the Mayor of Seoul is a chairman this year," Tsechoev said, adding that after familiarizing himself with the Ingush presentation, Mayor of Seoul Pak Von Sun invited an Ingush delegation to Seoul, to conclude an agreement on fraternizing with the South Korean capital, Kavkaz Segodnya reports.
