Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has started talks with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry posted on its official Twitter page,
"The meeting is held on the sidelines of 25th Ministerial Council of the OSCE.
Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk also takes part in the meeting.
