Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has left for France to take part in the meeting of the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers, AzerNews reported citing Trend.
The 1263rd meeting of the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers will be held in Strasbourg on September 7.
Azerbaijan’s foreign minister will make a speech and hold bilateral meetings during the meeting.
