One person was killed in the explosion in the area of tobacco warehouse in Georgia's Zugdidi, local media reported.
The explosion was so strong that the entire building was destroyed and the fire broke out. A small nut factory nearby has also been damaged.
The fire was localized, expert-criminals were working on the ground till late. The cause of the explosion is unknown. An investigation has been launched into the case, Sputnik Georgia reported.
