The fire occurred last night in one of the Almaty markets, the city department of emergency situations reports.
On the Kenzhekhan market, a one-story pavilion with cell phones caught fire, Sputnik Kazakhstan reports.
The emergency call was received on September 21 at 23.53, the fire was extinguished at 00.22 at Nur-Sultan time.
