Armenia's police have arrested 3 people on the charges of large-scale embezzlement of grants allocated by the European Union, the Investigative Committee of Armenia said.
Tigran Sukiasyan, Rubina Ter-Martirosyan, and Gevorg Ghazaryan prepared a false project titled 'Basic rights and freedoms are the warranty of the future'.
