Executive Director of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR), Maya Lomidze, believes that subsidizing transportation of tourists to Russian resorts within the framework of tour package will contribute to the development and support of domestic tourism.
"The idea to subsidize tour operators is brilliant," she noted, reminding that this proposal "has been already discussed for two years."
"It is correct measure to preserve and increase the flow of tourists and the development of tourism in the regions," she concluded.
