The head of administration of Crimean Theodosia, Dmitry Schepetkov, and his deputy Makar Makarov have became persons involved in a criminal case against them by the Investigative Committee of Russia, suspecting them of taking bribes on a large scale.
According to investigators, an individual entrepreneur turned to the head of the administration of Feodosia on November 6th with an application on the extension of rent of two-hectares of land. "Schepetkov and Makarov demanded a bribe from a businessman amounting to $300,000 to solve the issue,'' Interfax cites the Investigative Committee of Russia.
