According to ratings of Medialogia, Makhachkala Acting Mayor Magomed Suleimanov tops the list of the most efficient mayors of the NCFD. He held councils with deputies, heads of district administrations and other executives last year and discussed preparations for the Victory Day celebrations.
In the list, he is followed by Vladikavkaz Head Sergey Dzantiyev, who admitted 70 pupils to peacekeepers. Grozny Mayor Islam Kadyrov is third. He became the honorary leader of the Night Wolves biker club with Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov.
Pyatigorsk Mayor Lev Travnev improved his rating by 2 positions, Cherkessk Head Ruslan Tambiyev by 4 positions, Stavropol Mayor Georgy Kolyagin's rating dropped by 1 point.
