The lawyers of Jokhar Tsarnaev, who was sentenced to death for the terrorist attack in Boston, have filed a motion for a new trial of their client.
According to the lawyers, the new trial must take place outside of Boston because there is no chance of a fair trial in that city.
The document consists of 39 pages. It was filed in the District Court, NEWSru.com reports with reference to The Boston Globe.
