The Turkish special forces have captured Murat Karayilan in northern Iraq, who was the second-in-command of the PKK terrorist organization after its leader Abdullah Ocalan, the news portal Ahaber.com.tr reported, citing local sources in Mosul.
He was captured after a special operation and in the near future he is to be transported to Turkey.
At the moment there are no official statements on this issue either from the Turkish authorities or the PKK.
