Russian Minister of Culture Vladimir Medinsky said that the Winter Festival of Yuri Bashmet, held in Sochi, is one of the twenty best in Europe.
"This festival will reach a new level, perhaps it will even reach Krasnaya Polyana," YUGA quotes him as saying.
Medinsky also said that Bashmet is the heart, soul and genius of the festival.
