The Musical Shell - historic building of the North Caucasian State Safonov Philharmonic in Kislovodsk - will be repaired soon, the Minister of Culture of Russia, Vladimir Medinsky, announced today.
“The project has been launched for the restoration and partial reconstruction of this building. We are now discussing with the director of the philharmony how to implement the works. This wonderful architectural monument, including several unique concert halls, must be restored, ”TASS quotes the minister as saying.
