The demand for Russian goods abroad can serve as the proof of successful import substitution. The statement was made by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev at a meeting with the general director of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) Andrey Nikitin.
The prime minister of the Government also stressed the importance of establishing the export of Russian companies, Tass reports.
