During a meeting with citizens in the regional public reception chambers of the chairman of the United Russia party in Perm, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev promised to delay the increase in tariffs for hot and cold water for citizens without water meter counters.
The prime minister was responding to a request from one of the local residents.
"Taking into account the current situation, I will make a decision to extend the preparation period for our people so that they could prepare better,'' Tass cites him as saying.
