Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev promised to hold a meeting on the development of the North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD), the participants of which will discuss a number of issues, including the issue of blockhouses, ” the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said after a conversation with the Prime Minister.
The head of Chechnya noted that Medvedev was attentive to the problem of blockhouses on the North Caucasus highways which have long become obsolete, create unjustified obstacles to free movement of law-abiding citizens, impede goods transportation, and have a negative impact on the image of the entire North Caucasus."
