Megafon CEO Ivan Tavrin said at SPIEF today that the company was not planning to open a network in Crimea. The clients there were using roaming partners, TASS reports.
Tavrin noted that a Megafon network would need big investments. Sharing income with partners is more lucrative for Megafon, according to the CEO.
