First Vice-President of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva has met with Under Secretary-General of the United Nations for Economic and Social Affairs Liu Zhenmin.
Co-organized by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan and the United Nations, the UN Public Service Forum is being held today at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku.
