According to him, a memorial plaque dedicated to the Soviet military pilot Nikolay Antoshkin will be installed on Dostoevsky Street 3. The second plaque will appear on Malaya Gruzinskaya 31. A sign will be hung here in memory of the Soviet pilot, Colonel Heinrich Hoffmann.
Besides, a plaque will be installed for Colonel-General Sergey Ushakov, it will decorate Narodnogo Opolcheniya street, 54. The memory of Colonel Dmitry Karpin will be immortalized on Marshal Vasilevsky Street 17, and Senior Lieutenant Gataulla Salikhov's memorial plaque will appear on Miklukho-Maklay Street 22.
