Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg has refused to take part in the presidential race in the United States.
"It is obvious for me that if I enter into the race I won’t be able to win," the ex-mayor noted in his newspaper column, published on the website which belongs to BloombergView, Tass reports.
