Priority projects of the North Caucasus Federal District are extremely significant for the whole of Russia, the Minister for the North Caucasus, Lev Kuznetsov, stated today at the first enlarged meeting of the Collegium of the Ministry in Yessentuki.
"There is a list of priority projects for the North Caucasus Federal District. According to our opinion, they are symbolic not only from the viewpoint of our county, but also the scale of the Russian Federation,'' Tass cites him as saying.
