Ministry of Defence: costs of operation by the Russian Federation in Syria are within the planned budget

Deputy Defense Minister of Russia Tatyana Shevtsova has stated that costs of military operations in Syria were made within the budget of the military department last year.

"Servicemen receive certain additional payments,'' Tass cites her as saying.
