Three issues remain to be harmonized in order to provide Iran with two pilot loans for the implementation of railway and power projects, the deputy head of the Ministry of Finance Sergey Storchak said.
"In principle, conditions of two loans for the construction of a railway and a thermal power station are the same. We have agreed almost everything,'' Tass cites him as saying .
